Sad News
On Friday I got a call from my mother telling me that her cat was at the vet. She said that Gypsy was lethargic, vomiting, groaning and she knew something was wrong. Unfortunately, something was wrong. Gypsy was suffering from liver failure. She made it until Monday morning and they made her as comfortable as possible before she finally passed away. Obviously my mother is very upset as anyone would be at the loss of a pet, especially one who has been a member of the family for so long. It is never easy to say goodbye to a pet.
So, after 11 years of faithful friendship we have to say goodbye to sweet little Gypsy.

Oh Liz, I'm so sorry to hear about your kitty cat!!!!!! Our dog passed away last October and it hit me really hard... 11 years is a long time! You'll get through. :(
